Before going into too much detail, if you are new to the possibilities and potential for hypnotherapy, then you probably have a few questions :-
Is Hypnotherapy safe?
Hypnotherapy is completely safe. You are in complete control at all times, able to respond to me if needed. Whilst in Hypnotherapy, you will feel completely relaxed, comfortable and at ease.
If I fall asleep will hypnosis still work?
Yes, whilst in hypnosis you will still hear everything I say and be very receptive to change. You will wake at the end of the session feeling relaxed and refreshed
Will I lose control when I am in hypnosis?
Not at all. You are in complete control at all times. You will not do anything you wouldn’t normally be prepared to do.
What if I don’t come out of hypnosis?
That will not happen. You will feel relaxed and refreshed when you come out of hypnosis, sensing all that has been achieved.
How does hypnosis feel?
As hypnosis is a very natural state of mind, clients are able to hear every word. Hypnosis feels very comfortable, as if you are in a favourite chair, engrossed in a good film.
Can anyone be hypnotised?
Yes. However, we are all different. Some find it easier than others to achieve deeper levels of hypnosis.
Does Hypnotherapy work for everyone?
This depends entirely upon you. If you are motivated to work on the issue to improve your life, then hypnotherapy will work wonders. If you really, honestly don’t actually want to change, then hypnotherapy won’t be as effective.
