INSOMNIA

 

 

Do you have periods in your life when sleep escapes

you for weeks or months at a time.? Do you lie in

bed, wide awake, ruminating over the days events;

playing them out again and again in your mind ?

Or have you woken suddenly for no apparent  reason

at the same time every night and just cannot get back to sleep ?

Does this happen to you night after night, without fail ?

Have you become so tired as a result of your sleep patterns, that you have become difficult to live with, maybe due to bad moods, or irritability ?

Are you having trouble concentrating at work or feel “below par” most of the time?  

 

You could be suffering from Insomnia.

 

                             Insomnia, is the chronic difficulty in being able to

                             sleep well. It is suffered by at least 35% of the

                             population and is more serious than people realise.

                             Usually, insomnia is caused by factors which create

                             stress and anxiety. Even not being able to sleep

                             creates stress, as the sufferer ruminates over how

                             tired they know they will feel, later that day.

 

                              Insomnia is often looked upon as a bad habit and

                              can be unlearned and replaced with a good habit.

                              So, for example, instead of lying awake for ages

                              waiting for sleep to come, as you have been doing

                              for a many weeks or months, by learning a new

                              “good habit“, you fall asleep straight away and enjoy a full, proper nights’ sleep and wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, ready to embrace the day ahead.

 

Hypnotherapy will help you to remove the bad habits causing so many problems in your life, and learn and develop new expectations over your sleeping patterns, which will make insomnia a thing of the past.

 

You will be taught self hypnosis which incorporates rapid relaxation techniques to alleviate stress and tension.

Once the cause of the insomnia is established, the negative beliefs will be replaced, through hypnosis suggestion, with positive beliefs about sleep.

Hypnosis suggestion therapy will then give you the “tools” to allow sleep to come easily and to be fulfilling, refreshing and rejuvenating
