After 1 session with you, I had the best nights sleep I’d had in 30 years and continue to sleep soundly every night. As a result, I have so much more energy now and can enjoy time with my family and go out for long walks. I’ve even joined a ballroom dancing class. Thank you for giving me my life back.

You came to my home to treat me after I called you for advice and before I knew it you had identified parts of my life that cause me stress and the reasons for it – you really are an excellent counsellor. After you had finished the treatment, I felt so peaceful and rested that I stayed on the settee and my husband had to see you out – fantastic!

I had three sessions with Sue over the last few weeks and cannot recommend her highly enough. Initially, I thought that I went to get some help with reducing my nerves surrounding learning to drive, however very soon into my first session Sue made me realise that there were other, more deeper, issues, that needed to be dealt with first.
My first session was surprising, fascinating, and afterwards I felt emotionally and physically lighter, less burdened by certain rather negative memories and feelings. I continued to feel happier and calmer until our second session.
The second session addressed issues surrounding confidence and relaxation, which was very enjoyable. Again, I came out feeling very relaxed and ready to face anything.
My third/last session with Sue really tackled issues surrounding my nervousness about driving. Whilst I was already less nervous about driving, by the time I came out I was so excited about driving that I booked my first lesson straight away.
Today I've had my first ever proper driving lesson. (I am 33 years old.) I felt nothing but excitement beforehand, and nothing but calm during the lesson.
I know that without Sue's help, I would never have had the lesson today, let alone want to be driving within a few months. The sessions with Sue have freed me from negative thoughts and given me the confidence to make good choices and realise that I am capable of driving plus many other things.

Hi Sue, I wanted to write to say a huge thank you for your care and for making me feel so at ease during my session with you at Henlow recently.
I came to you with a long list of things for you to help me with and didnt know where to start. You were somehow able to get me to talk about things I have kept inside for a very long time and realise how these things have affected my whole life. You then helped me to close and lock doors on things that I found hard to deal with and think about. I can still see these locked doors vividly and they are remaining locked! Yippee!!!
As a result my whole life has changed in a very short time. My partner constantly comments on how chilled out I am, how nothing phases me and that I am no longer stressed. I no longer worry about what people think of me and feel much more contented in myself. This has led me to stop overeating and I have begun to look after myself. I give myself time for meditation and exercise!(never heard of before). I am also sleeping better and the dog doesn't wake me.
But the greatest change has been how I am at work. I no longer run around like a headless chicken trying to do too many things at once. I have been able to manage my time better as things seem so much clearer. The school feels like a different place. I can go into the staffroom and chat to my colleagues without feeling like they are judging me and have been able to ask them for support without feeeling like I can't do my job. I can sit in the headteachers office without a feeling of dread and without having my guard up all the time. I take my time and think about things before charging at them all guns blazing and have stopped second guessing as a defence.
I am confident that things will only improve and am so greatful to you for giving me my life back and do something I never thought was possible, like myself. With kind regards
